Verdance
An exploration of SymbioSonics by Rachael Adamson
Welcome to a fusion of nature, technology, and human connection in the experimental project Verdance: An exploration of SymbioSonics.
Using newly available cutting-edge sensor systems and biofeedback, humans and digital systems are able to explore the hidden symphony of plant life, enabling us to listen to and feel the acoustics of photosynthesis and growth.
This is not a one- sided experience. Humans are as much a part of the ecosystem and verdance invites you to participate actively in the plant’s experience, shaping its environment as much as it shapes yours. As you immerse yourself in this unique collaboration of plant, technology and human, experience the interconnectedness between all things, and feel the coexistence of nature and technology.
Verdance: An exploration of SymbioSonics facilitates a convergence of the biosphere, the technosphere and the anthroposphere, exploring a new state of coexistence in SymbioSonic harmony.
